Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the start time for a full refund.For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the rare event that Nature Trails Ja must cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for the next available date.
